Royal Caribbean Cruises, Ltd. Nancy R. Ramos ~ Director, Shore Excursions Sales, Marketing & e-Commerce Nancy is a strategic marketer with extensive experience in the development of global marketing strategies and leading cross functional teams in the implementation of integrated marketing communications. She began her career with Royal Caribbean 10 years ago and has held various positions throughout this time. Prior to joining the Global Tour Operations team, Nancy served as Director, International Marketing where she oversaw marketing strategy and executions for Royal Caribbean‘s family of brands in 14 international markets. She and her team were instrumental to International's strategic growth and helped open offices in Australia, Brazil, China, France and Mexico. Prior to this role, Nancy managed Marketing Communications for Latin America and the Caribbean and worked very closely with the International Representatives in the region in building awareness for cruising as a vacation option and the advantages of cruising with Azamara Club Cruises, Celebrity Cruises and Royal Caribbean International. Prior to joining Royal Caribbean, Nancy worked for The Walt Disney Company in Orlando where she was responsible for US Hispanic and African American marketing and for AT&T in San Juan where she oversaw marketing initiatives in the Caribbean and Latin America. A native from Puerto Rico, Nancy graduated with a degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Nova Southeastern University.

Miguel Reyna ~ Director, Port Business Development & Asset Management Miguel Reyna joined Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. (RCCL) in 2001. At RCCL, he has managed various projects in the areas of Accounting, Supply Chain and Commercial Development. Currently, as Director of Port Business Development & Asset Management, he plans, coordinates, and implements various port development and mixed-use project investments. He also oversees the operational and financial performance of various RCCL investments. Miguel recently implemented the development of the Roatan Town Center, a $15 million waterfront commercial village at the Port of Roatan, Honduras. Prior to joining RCCL, Miguel worked as a Senior Consultant specializing in business process reengineering and as a Capital Programs Manager for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority of New York. Miguel holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Lima, Peru. He holds a Masters Degree in Policy Analysis from the Harriman School at the State University of New York at Stony Brook and an MBA in Finance from the Stern School of Business at New York University.

Megan Shaw ~ Account Manager, Global Tour Operations Megan Shaw is the Account Manager for the Caribbean ports as well as the European Shopping Program. She oversees the shore excursion program and Port and Shopping Program in several regions around the world. Megan has been with the company for 22 years. She started in the Reservations Department, moving on to Group and Incentive Sales and then to the Shore Excursions Department, where she has held several roles since 1997.
