Welcome Baby Nora! Bryan and Anna Tapia are so happy to welcome to their family their new baby: Nora Rose Tapia. She was born on June 28 at 8 lbs 6 ounces and 21 inches long. Nora’s proud sister is Noelle Grace. And the very proud grandparents are Bea Tapia and Richard and Marla Steffen.
