NEW TRUSTEES
Ann M. Laquerre P’16 Hopkinton, MA Ann and her husband David Franklin are parents of Sophie Franklin, Class of 2016, who currently attends Northfield Mount Hermon School. Ann served as an executive officer on Fay’s Parents’ Association and was an active parent volunteer. Ann is Executive Director of Happy Hollow School (Pre-K to Kindergarten) in Framingham. In this role, she is responsible for all aspects of school development and faculty support. She holds a bachelor’s degree in biology, a master’s degree in microbiology, and a juris doctorate.
Faith Wallace-Gadsden ’98 Frankfurt, Germany & New York, NY Faith is the founder and managing director of the Archimedes Project, a non-profit dedicated to designing and launching large-scale and financially sustainable clean water social enterprises around the world. She became interested in fighting cholera, which is caused by contaminated drinking water, when she traveled to Haiti in 2010 as part of her doctoral studies. Faith is a graduate of Choate Rosemary Hall. She went on to major in biology at Haverford College and minored in African Studies at Bryn Mawr College. She was a Mellon-Mays undergraduate fellow and Howard Hughes Medical Institute multicultural scholar. She completed her doctorate in molecular biology at Tufts University. Faith was Fay’s 2015 Commencement Speaker.
Faculty News Fay Administrators Head to Asia This past January, Head of School Rob Gustavson, Director of Advancement Ann Wardwell, and Assistant Director of Secondary School Counseling Scott LeBrun visited China, Hong Kong, and Korea to connect with members of the Fay community. Rob, Ann, and Scott were met with warm hospitality at each stop on their travels and enjoyed reconnecting with alumni as well as former and current parents.
