Thank you for coming to read my menus and take a look at Fat Hog & Big Pan Catering, a mobile event catering company that specialises in Hog Roasts and Big Pan. My name is Robert McHugh, I am Head Chef and Owner. It's a family run company and we work across Hampshire and West Sussex (inc Portsmouth, Southampton and Chichester). I have set up this account to upload my menus for the business so please take a look. As we cook nearly everything freshly onsite if there is something you want that we don't mention please let me know. I am an experienced professional chef, if it's not something we have done before then we look forward to doing it.
