1.5B CFU/G ACTINIDIA TRICHODERMA
• Kriss stimulates cell division in young fruitlets and increases the biosynthesis of auxins and polyamines, natural promoters of cell multiplication, by supplying their precursors (tryptophan and arginine). The effect is corroborated by plant extracts highly rich in natural auxins. • To support fruit growth, Kriss also supplies vegetal amino acids and macronutrients, which improves plant metabolism.
• WP Root Drench for use throughout the kiwifruit industry. • Active ingredient: isolated by Lincoln University and developed in partnership with Zespri. • These strains colonise vine roots, priming plant health and helping to provide a natural resistance to environmental stress through improved nutrient uptake and photosynthesis. • Apply 2-3 times per year for best results, ideally after rain and with soil temperatures over 12 degrees. • Application rate is 200g/ha in the open orchard with a water rate of around 1,000 litres. • In the nursery a concentrated mix should be made using 200g per 100 litres as a root dip or via irrigation.
