BRANCH SALES MANAGER We are recruiting for a Branch Sales Manager to work as part of the MANNS Essex Sales Team, to ensure customers receive the best products and financial solutions for their business. Building long term relationships with the customer is pivotal to the success of this role. Ideally from an ag background you will need to demonstrate a proven sales track record and have the ability to communicate at a high level. You will need excellent presentation skills and be fully proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. You will need to be highly customer focussed with the mind set to find innovative solutions. Above all you will be self motivated with a desire to develop and grow sales within your territory. Responsible for mentoring and motivating the branch sales team and being the link between sales and aftersales.

Leadership transition for Hutchinsons With an 85-year history, Hutchinsons is strategically preparing for the future by appointing skilled individuals to lead the company towards its centenary. David Hutchinson, the chairman of H L Hutchinson Ltd and also of Hutchinson Group Ltd since 2008, will now focus his time as Hutchinson Group chairman. He will remain a director of H L Hutchinson Ltd. This recognises the growth and scale of the business and will allow him time to contribute for years to come.
Current managing director, Andrew McShane, succeeds David as chairman of the H L Hutchinson Ltd business. Andrew has been with the business since 1993 and managing director since 2008. From a farming background, with more than a decade of senior leadership experience in agriculture, Gordon joined Hutchinsons in 2020. He has since proven himself as a capable leader and made a significant contribution to the business during this time.
