Two senior appointments at Elta Elta Group has made two appointments across its portfolio of agricultural brands, as the business looks to help farmers tackle the ongoing challenges associated with avian influenza, biosecurity, and general livestock. Harry Atkinson and Stuart Wilkieson have joined the group of businesses, bringing with them over 20 years of collective experience raising livestock, managing farms, and working in
arable farming, amongst other areas. Stuart Wilkieson has been appointed as technical sales engineer at Hydor, having spent the last two years selling agricultural equipment through a leading distributor. In his new role with the Wiltshire-based, agricultural ventilation specialist, Stuart will help farmers with specification, design, and installation of specialist ventilation equipment for farm buildings.
Harry Atkinson joins as technical sales engineer with responsibility for overseeing the growth of the group’s portfolio of agricultural brands, which includes Hydor as well as specialist consumables and PPE suppliers, FarmTech Services, Animal Aids, Bowden and Knights, and All Agri. Harry joins after spending close to 15 years in the monogastric feed industry, in which time he progressed from sales roles into providing technical advice and assurance for the design of shed ventilation controls and equipment.
