RETAIL PARTS APPRENTICESHIP As a Retail Parts Apprentice you will play an important role in helping in the efficient running of a busy Agricultural Parts Department. The role will involve ordering and despatching of parts for CLAAS and other machines to support both the customer base and engineers in the workshop. You will interact with customers on a daily basis and regularly speak to other CLAAS departments. You will be an important part of the company’s success by ensuring CLAAS customers receive the very best care and service.
