Whether you are looking for the fun of Zumba or the challenge of Indoor Cycling, we offer a Flex Fitness class that meets your needs. Flex Fitness classes are included at no cost with your Fitness membership. Classes do not meet on holidays.

Day passes are available for purchase for non-members. Day passes are valid for any Flex Fitness class and expire at the end of the purchase day. Day passes are available for $5 for residents and non-residents.

Strong

Monday | 6 - 7 p.m.

Tuesday & Thursday | 6:30 - 7:30 p.m. Arms, Abs, Legs, Back, and Heart! Working with all fitness levels, these workouts will shape and tone every body part during this total body workout using resistance and cardio training. Be prepared to leave each class STRONGer than you arrived! Class limited to 20 participants.

Yoga

Monday & Wednesday| 6:30 - 7:30 a.m. Improve your range of motion, strength, and flexibility with this mobility focused class that incorporates mindful movement practices that you’ll recognize from Pilates, yoga, and barre. Class limited to 20 participants.

Cardio N Tone

Bike N Burn

Tuesday & Thursday | 5:30 - 6:30 p.m.

Saturday | 9 - 10 a.m.

Why just bike when you can Bike & Burn? This class is the best of both worlds. The first part builds cardiovascular strength and endurance with low impact, highly efficient indoor cycling. The second half is carefully designed resistance training to boost the metabolism. The intensity is controlled by the individual so all fitness levels can benefit. The class is limited to 12 participants. No class on the last full week of the month.

Zumba

Monday | 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.

Wednesday & Thursday | 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.

Saturday | 9:30 - 10:30 a.m.

Dance your way to fitness! Zumba is a fusion of Latin and international music that includes dance movements of meringue, salsa, cumbia, reggaeton, hip-hop, and more. You do not have to know how to dance to Zumba! Class limited to 25 participants.

Coalition Fitness Group Training

Interval styled training that emphasizes building strength and endurance. A functional movement, co-ed class that will help you shed the pounds in a high energy, collaborative environment. We utilize body weight, HIIT, plyometrics, weight conditioning and of course the big tire to keep you always guessing and having fun. All fitness levels welcome! Monthly sessions start at the beginning of each month. Participants can attend as many times per week as you’d like. $10 drop in pass available.
