Chicago-based hot dog restaurant Portillos will open its third Florida location near Dr. Phillips this spring. Known for its Chicago dogs and Italian beef sandwiches, the 58-year-old chain will be neighbors with another midwestern favorite, White Castle, which is set to open this summer.
