Exercise or working out with a friend makes you much more likely to succeed.
Research shows you’ll get bonus endorphins too! 2. If you’ve had a break from exercise, go for a little and often approach. Just 10 minutes a day is enough to boost energy, metabolism, and strength. You’ll also build confidence and connection with your body, and see how much more is possible! 3. Remember exercise can be fun. If the thought of running/swimming puts you off, find something else instead! There are so many ways to move your body. 4. Train smarter not harder. Listen to your body. Great if you love high intensity or strength training (we do too!) but prioritise your rest days as well. Also consider cross-training with something restorative like Pilates or Yoga. 5. Be realistic and kind to yourself. If you miss a scheduled workout, look at why that happened but don’t give up.
