Sophia’s Chef, Gary Hawkins Peter & Tamar Sharp, Proprietors

Sophia’s Restaurant is named after Sophia Rose Sharp, daughter of owner’s Peter & Tamar Sharp. Sophie is a Senior at St. Andrew’s Episcopal School. nomiSpa (pronounced nomis – spa) at the Fairview is named after Sophie’s twin brother Simon (Simon spelt backwards), who recently lost a battle with leukemia.
