We are thrilled to welcome you to Fairmont Windsor Park and are delighted to have you and your pet as our guests. To ensure a comfortable stay for yourself and all our fellow guests, we would appreciate it if you could observe the following guidelines:
(A) The Hotel is prepared to accommodate your pet in the room, provided your pet is no larger than a fully grown Labrador and weighs no more than 35kg. They must be fully house-trained and at least 6 months old. Your dog must be appropriately restrained by you and comply with local legislation requirements as defined in DEFRA Animal Welfare (Control of Dogs).
(B) Your pet must be kept on a short lead at all times while inside the Hotel or on Hotel property, except when in your room.
(C) Please do not leave your pet unattended in your room. Fairmont Windsor Park employees are unable to enter the room to perform their duties unless either you or a pet-sitter is present. Please contact the Housekeeping Department to arrange a convenient time for servicing your room.
(D) We regret that pets are not allowed in any areas serving food or beverages, nor in the Spa and Wellness areas of the Hotel, including the pool. This exclusion does not apply to guide dogs. However, pets are welcome in the outside sitting areas of the lobby lounge and terrace, as well as our 1215 bar and a section of our MOREISH restaurant, provided they are well-behaved and not fed in these areas.
(E) You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet on Hotel property and in the neighborhood. Our Doorman has bags for your convenience, and there is a dog bin located near the valet car park.
(F) Any disturbances, such as barking, must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced.
(G) A one-time deep cleaning fee of £50.00 per dog, per stay, will be charged to your room. This fee includes the use of a lovely dog bed, dog dishes, a packet of food, and spring water on arrival. Please note that these items are provided on loan and are not to be taken home.
You agree to be responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from your pet. You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Hotel, its owners, and its operator from all liability and damages suffered as a result of your pet. The Hotel reserves the right to charge your account commensurate with the cost of such damages, as well as all lost room revenue, until the room is restored to its original standard and able to be let again.
