Dear Guest,

We are thrilled to welcome you to Fairmont Windsor Park, and we are delighted to have you and your pet as our guests. To ensure a comfortable stay for yourself and all our fellow guests, we would appreciate it if you would please observe the following guidelines:

(A) The Hotel is prepared to accommodate your pet in the room provided that your pet is no larger than the size of a fully grown Labrador and no heavier than 35kg. They must be fully house trained and is at least 6 months of age. Your dog must be appropriately restrained by you and complies with local legislation requirements as defined in DEFRA Animal Welfare (Control of Dogs).

(B) Your pet must be kept on a short lead at all times while inside the Hotel or on Hotel property, unless it is in your room.

(C) Please do not leave your pet unattended in your room. Fairmont Windsor Park employees are not able to enter the room to perform their duties unless either you or a pet-sitter is present. Please contact the Housekeeping Department to arrange for a convenient time for servicing your room.

(D) We regret that pets are not allowed in any areas serving food or beverages, nor are they allowed in the Spa and Wellness areas of the Hotel including the pool. This exclusion does not apply to guide dogs. This exclusion does not apply to the outside sitting areas of the lobby lounge and terrace where we welcome your pet, as well as our 1215 bar and a section of our MOREISH restaurant so long as pets are behaved and not fed there.

(E) You are responsible for cleaning up after your pet on Hotel property and in the neighborhood. Our Doorman has bags for you and there is a dog bin near located near the valet car park.

(F) Any disturbances such as barking must be curtailed to ensure other guests are not inconvenienced.

(G) A one-time deep cleaning fee of £50.00 per dog, per stay will be charged to your room. This fee includes a lovely dog bed, dog dishes, a packet of food and spring water on arrival.

You agree to be responsible for all property damages and/or personal injuries resulting from your pet.

You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Hotel, its owners and its operator from all liability and damage suffered as a result of your pet. The Hotel reserves the right to charge your account to commensurate with the cost of such damages as well as all lost room revenue until the room is able to be let again at its original standard.
