HOUSEKEEPING Please kindly arrive at our spa and wellness centre a minimum of 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment. The specified treatment time includes a pre-treatment consultation and post-treatment aftercare. We offer our guests a suitable treatment schedule, please be advised we will not be able to guarantee treatments extension or rebooking for late arrivals and discounts will not be applicable.
PARKING Complimentary guest parking is available for all our guests. We recommend that you please take measures to ensure the safety of your vehicle. Fairmont Windsor Park management will not accept liability for any accidents, damage or loss incurred.
C A N C E L L AT I O N S & R E B O O K I N G A valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking to hold all spa reservations. If you must reschedule, amend or cancel an appointment, please advise our reservations desk 48 hours in advance and five days in advance for groups of five or more guests. No-shows, changes and cancellations received less than 48 hours and five days for groups of five or more guests will be charged for all scheduled services at full price.
VALUABLES We regretfully are unable to take any responsibility for any damage or loss of items within the facility. Personal digital lockers are provided during your visit. We advise that you please remove any jewellery and leave all your valuable items in the lockers provided.

G E N E R A L H E A LT H Before making your appointment, It is your commitment to notify us of any medical condition which we should know about OR if your medical condition changes after your booking is confirmed. We recommend that you please consult your doctor before visiting the spa and wellness centre if; you have a known injury, allergy, are pregnant (less than 13 weeks), have had cancer within the last 5 years, have a pacemaker or suffer from a medical condition such as high blood pressure or diabetes. For guests looking to book a Cryotherapy session, please note contraindications: open wounds, recent operations, pregnancy, pacemaker, circulation problems, severe anaemia, epilepsy, high blood pressure or heart and lung conditions.
COUPLES SUITE Our Spa has three luxurious couples suite rooms. Our couple’s rooms may be requested but are not guaranteed on any spa treatment reservations. Booking the Salutaris Suite may incur additional charges. Pre-booking is required. Some Wellness Collections and treatments may be completed in our Wellness Suite.
ADDITIONAL CHARGES Our guests may unwind and enjoy the use of our 20-metre heated swimming pool, whirlpool, aroma steam room, sauna, experience showers and Technogym equipped gym facilities along with our eighteen luxurious treatment rooms including three couple’s suites. Use of the steam room, sauna or pool before your treatment will enhance your relaxation and ensure you receive the full benefit of your spa treatment For non-hotel guests, we offer a Half Day - Spa Pass (four hours access and a Full Day - Spa Pass (eight hours access). All prices include a 12.5% service charge.
