Healthcare Centre

Bridgewater Manor has a fully equipped Healthcare Centre. This is a primary health facility offering additional services to residents in need of assisted living, rehabilitative, palliative, and respite care.

Admission to the facility requires completion of a pre-admission process, including a medical report, whereafter admission will be granted and a tariff set. The tariff will be adjusted for the level of care required as determined by our clinical head and support professionals.

Prices range from:

• Monthly Rate:

Shared Rooms from R23 000,00 (depending on room size and features)

Single Rooms from R28 000,00 (depending on room size and features)

• Daily Rate: R1 650,00

* Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Tariffs include all meals, accommodation, domestic services and 24 hour nursing care. All medical supplies, including medical consumables are charged to resident’s account. The Healthcare Centre is registered as a private Health establishment with a licence to operate as a sub-acute centre and may enable the resident to apply for compensation from his / her medical aid scheme depending on their scheme’s rules.
