Le carte Litografiche
The Lithographic papers
La maggior parte delle carte utilizzate sono prodotte con matrici litografiche. Sia il supporto cartaceo che la stampa sono realizzate in Italia.
The most used printed papers are made with lithografic matrix. Both the paper and the printing are made in Italy.
I decori si rifanno all’enorme patrimonio di temi e soggetti della produzione silografica dei secoli andati, tra cui quella dei Remondini di Bassano e le Fiorentine.
The patterns are based on the enormous legacy of themes and subjects, of the centuries-old xylographic productions. The best known wood-blocks matrix printer, here in Italy, was Remondini from Bassano. Other patterns comes also from Florentine tradition.
Stampate come cent’anni fa, senza uso di computer, solo uomini e macchine.
Produced as a hundred years ago, without computer, just men and machines.

Le dimensioni reali delle porzioni di carta sono 10x15cm, il catalogo è stato realizzato tramite scansione digitale, quindi le tonalità dei colori possono differire dal reale.
The real dimensions of the paper samples are 10x15cm, the catalog was realized through digital scan, so the color tone could be different from the real.

I decori sono divisi per colore: Blu, Rosso, Verde, Marrone, Giallo, Bordeaux; a seguire le carte a Soggetto, contenenti colori vari. Alcuni decori sono a due colori: ad esempio B053 è blu e rossa catalogata sotto le Blu, R053 è rossa e verde catalogata sotto le Rosse, V053 è verde e viola catalogata sotto le Verdi. Il codice è composto da lettere e numeri. Le lettere identificano il colore, i numeri la serie. Quindi per trovare le diverse versioni di una stessa carta, basta cercare lo stesso numero all’interno dei diversi colori. (ad es. B016, R016, M016 e G016: stesso decoro, colori diversi...)

The patterns are divided by colors: Blue, Red, Green, Brown, Yellow, Bordeaux; then the Subject papers, that are multi-color. Some pattern are double-colored: for example B053 is blue and red cataloged under Blue, R053 is red and green cataloged under Red, V053 is green and purple cataloged under Green. The pattern code is made by letters and numbers. The letters identify the color, the number the serial. To find the different version of the same pattern, just look for the same number inside the different color section. (eg. B016, R016, M016 e G016: same pattern, different colors….)
