To Try at Home: Berkshire Sausage Gravy & Biscuits You’ll need: • 1 lb. salt, pepper and sage Berkshire pork sausage • 3 tbsp. butter • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour • 3 cups milk 1. In a large plan over medium heat, brown the Berkshire pork sausage until cooked through.

2. Add the butter, divided into 3 separate chunks. Melt into the sausage and stir. 3. Slowly sprinkle the flour into the sausage and stir often. Cook for several minutes over medium heat. 4. Pour milk and continue to stir over medium heat. Once gravy thickens, add salt and pepper to taste. 5. Serve over biscuits and enjoy!
