Welcome
It is my honor to welcome you to the VGM Awards Ceremony.
2025 was a year of opportunity. It had its challenges. But as I like to say: At VGM, we’re built for that. Our employee owners always find a way to come together and create opportunity.
The employee owners recognized tonight exemplify that ownership mentality, putting their dedication and hard work at the forefront day in and day out to make an impact for our community, our company, and each other. This year’s finalists have gone above and beyond in their respective areas, and tonight, we celebrate their achievements.
Whether or not someone takes home an award, every finalist is worthy of praise for their impact here at VGM for helping business processes, delivering A-list customer service, or just helping employee owners Find The Fun In Their Day. They all deserve recognition tonight.
Thank you, friends, family, and employee owners, for joining us tonight to Cheer Each Other On!

Jeremy Stolz, CEO Employee Owner Since 2003

WHY BOBBY IS AN AWARD FINALIST
I was a cowboy as a kid. Before sports took up most of my time in junior high, I was very involved with showing horses and team roping. At the time, I wanted to be on a professional rodeo tour.
“Can’t Stop” by Red Hot Chili Peppers
It’s a very pleasant and rewarding surprise. I never could have imagined being in this position. We all work so hard every day to keep our employee-owned company thriving. The people I get to work with are incredible and every bit as deserving of this recognition. I couldn’t be more proud and grateful for the amazing team around me that supports each other every day.
“When employee owners Create Their Future, they positively impact not only themselves, but the entire company. Bobby is a prime example of this. His attention to detail and persistence was key in helping VGM Insurance identify and remedy a miscalculation that resulted in millions of dollars in overpayments. This highlights the value of professional curiosity and the importance of pursuing a deeper understanding. Both are characteristics Bobby demonstrates every single day and will take both Bobby, and our company, far.”

It’s overwhelming, but in the best way. Being a finalist isn’t about me—it’s a reflection of any leader and coworker who has invested time, offered feedback, and helped me grow along the way. Being a finalist reminds me that amazing things can happen when we lift each other up. I hope this inspires others to keep pushing forward.
“Hadie has served as the leader of the YP group since 2023, and she brought calm leadership and thoughtful planning to this very active group. During this time, she also accepted a new position moving from HOMELINK to VGM & Associates and taking on new responsibilities. What an honor it is. Truly. There are so many incredible employee owners at VGM, and because of that, it is deeply humbling to be selected as a VGM Award finalist. Something I want all employee owners to know is the importance of connecting with others. Go to that event and meet someone new. It’s helped me learn new skills or ways to improve processes.
“Brooke’s relentless pursuit for quality in her work means she doesn’t shy away from long hours and grunt work if it means putting on an event that far exceeds expectations. She has demonstrated leadership skills with her peers during some very difficult times, and it has been so helpful for the team’s success and resiliency. WHY MADISON IS AN AWARD FINALIST
“Everytime We Touch” by Cascada
The first year I interned at VGM, I had the privilege of attending the VGM Awards as a guest, and watching such an inspiring group of employee owners be recognized left a lasting impression on me. I thought how incredible it would be to one day be in that position—and now, I can’t believe I am. I’m super grateful for this honor, and I owe so much to the mentors, leaders, and teammates who’ve supported and challenged me along the way.
“Madison exemplifies excellence and integrity in her work. Her work approach is rooted in logic, precision, and a deep respect for quality and accuracy. Her ability to think critically and systematically make her a reliable and consistent contributor to any team or initiative. She has a remarkable talent for initiating progress even when the path ahead is unfamiliar, demonstrating clarity even during difficult and complex situations. Her leadership style is both practical and principled—creating order out of chaos, managing people and processes with skill, and delegating effectively to empower others. She’s impressive!”

WHY SO U IS AN AWARD FINALIST
“Diamonds” by Rihanna
I’m truly honored to be selected as a finalist. It’s incredibly rewarding to have my work recognized in this way. I’m deeply grateful to be part of the VGM Fulfillment team and to work alongside so many hardworking and dedicated individuals.
“So U is an integral part of our business. She is the ultimate Swissarmy knife. She can work any zone. She can handle anything that’s thrown her way. And she does it all with a smile. After her first week at Fulfillment, she quickly became a top performer. Sometimes I wonder if she has a cheat code. So U is the silent motivator—she’s the bar others are chasing. She crushes it every single day, no matter what is asked of her. She’s exactly what you want in an employee.”

As a kid, I was a competitive gymnast and once turned down the chance to train with an Olympic coach. I didn’t know it then, but all those years of discipline, precision, and performance were the perfect foundation for a career in marketing where you’re constantly balancing creativity and strategy.
“Unstoppable” by Sia
It’s such an honor to be recognized by my peers as a VGM Award finalist. I’ve always admired the incredible talent and dedication of our employee-owners, so to be included among them this year is something I’ll never forget. I’m grateful to work with people who bring out the best in each other every day.

WHY LACEY IS AN AWARD FINALIST
VGM & Associates
Contracts Administrator – In the simplest terms, I ensure we’re receiving the payments we’re owed from our vendors and that our members utilize our vendor contracts. Beyond that, I support my coworkers with a wide range of vendor-related tasks—and plenty of other miscellaneous needs. When people ask what I do at VGM, I usually say: “A little bit of everything.”

In college, I worked at Rod Library at UNI and had won Student Employee Of The Month. As part of my reward, I got to pick one book from the entire library. On the inside cover of that book, they put a note with my name on it stating I had won Employee Of The Month. So if you’re there, you can find me in Anne Frank: The Diary of a Young Girl!
“The Greatest Show” by Panic! At The Disco
I am incredibly honored! I’ve always been a behind-the-scenes type of person, but with the help and encouragement of amazing leaders and coworkers, I’ve been able to fully embrace that side of myself and use it to my advantage. I don’t need to be in the spotlight to feel valuable. I don’t need to be the loudest voice in the room to be heard. I’ve proven my worth and value through the hard work, dependability, and willingness to help others and it feels amazing to be recognized for it.
“Lacey is loyal, steadfast, and consistently dependable. Regardless of the circumstances, I know I can count on Lacey for responsiveness, a calm demeanor, and quality work. Lacey works with our prospective and active vendor partners, some of which can be quite demanding. But she always keeps a steady mind and provides excellent attention and detail to every vendor no matter how big or small. An employee like Lacey is what creates a strong foundation for VGM & Associates and, ultimately, VGM Group. She will never seek the spotlight, yet she allows VGM to shine.”

Someday, I hope to spend my winters in the Northwoods of Wisconsin skiing the local cross country ski trails and visiting the many supper clubs the area has to offer.
“Your Way’s Better” by Forrest Frank
I know how many talented and dedicated employees we have at VGM, so to be nominated for a VGM Award is certainly an honor. There are so many different opportunities at VGM and I’m grateful to all of my fellow employee-owners that I’ve interacted with along the way. I’ve tried to gain a bit of knowledge from everyone I’ve worked with, so this recognition is a reflection of everyone I’ve had the opportunity to learn from over the years.
“Taylor embodies thoughtful, forward-thinking project leadership, consistently guiding HOMELINK through complex, high-impact initiatives with a peoplefirst focus. His meticulous planning and logical approach ensure every detail is addressed and organizational change is managed well, as seen in the launch of our new provider portal.
