How To: Renew Season Tickets
• Retain current season ticket locations in the Diamond Club, Infield Box, and Outfield Box by making the required per-seat donation by December 14. Season tickets are included in the donation. • Retain current season ticket location in the Grandstand by making the required per-seat donation and purchasing season tickets by December 14. Season ticket applications are mailed separately from the Athletic Ticket Office.
Purchase New or Additional Season Tickets
• To obtain new or additional season tickets please make the required donation and/or purchase season tickets by the priority deadline December 14. • All new seating is dependent upon what seats are not renewed and where the member’s priority ranks them on the allocation list. • Members who are renewing the same seating will be auto-allocated first, as long as the required donation and tickets have been ordered prior to the deadline. It is not possible to bump a renewing member out of his or her seats.
Relocate Season Tickets
• As a valued UMAA Foundation member, you can make specific requests to have your season tickets relocated in Oxford-University Stadium • All seating requests must be made in writing to the UMAA Foundation or the Athletics Ticket Office. • Make the request on your donation or ticket renewal form, or in the comments box if you renew online. Please be specific in your seating request. • There are no guarantees for any seating requests. All requests are filled based on availability and priority.
Allocation Process
Season ticket allocations will take place in January. The allocation process is arranged by member club level first, and then by priority points within each member level.
BASEBALL PARKING INFORMATION
Parking is a benefit to donors that contribute at least $300 annually to the baseball priority seating fund. All parking allocations are handled by the UMAA Foundation. All parking lots were full for the 2012 baseball season. Open spaces will be filled by priority. New qualifying donors are not guaranteed parking. See the parking map below for lot locations.
INFIELD BOX
This section offers seats closest to the action which are located directly behind and around home plate. These seats were sold out during the 2012 season, so please call the UMAA Foundation to inquire about seating availability.
OUTFIELD BOX
This section of seats runs down the 1st and 3rd base lines into the outfield, giving you clear views down each base path. Outfield Box seats are available for the 2013 Baseball season.
GRANDSTAND SEATS
This section of seats provides optimum viewing from behind and around home plate. A per-seat donation is required along with the purchase of season tickets. There is limited availability in these sections. For further information please contact the UMAA Foundation at 662-915-7159.
DIAMOND CLUB
The Diamond Club at Oxford-University Stadium is one of college baseball’s most exciting premium seating venues. It’s the perfect place to gather with family and friends to enjoy the sights, sounds, and pageantry of Ole Miss Baseball.
