Circle In retrospect, I realize that many things have happened throughout all this time of work, some expected and others not. Today, under everdem and its new structure, we believe that we are closing a circle that implies livestock selling by screen, land selling and its administration. We now add fiduciary trusts in order to give people who want to invest in Paraguay an opportunity to do so through this new legal framework. We provide formality and professionalism, we are a point of reference and therefore, we are also a good option for many people who do not live in Paraguay. We provide certainty to a business we know upside down and inside out, and that´s what we offer: integral service. Different from what we experienced at the beginning, we are now ready to provide full-service that covers all areas and aspects of the business. We have achieved the challenge we set by closing the circle.
Mistakes I made a mistake in overestimating my operational capacity when I arrived in Paraguay for the first time. I thought I could do it all and that wasn´t true, which consequently meant more time to build a work team. That was the cause thet made me sweat more throughout all these years. As it happens in every field of life, mistakes are made, which are stones on the road, but they teach us lessons.
Heritage I received from my ancestors love for the countryside and for the frantic pace of productions. Fighting for what you want, get out and move ahead without fear, if you believe it´s worth it. I believe my children have been able to understood, up to now, that Paraguay and the agricultural business worth are the effort. That they have to work hard and fight day after day to achieve their goals. And when doing so with conviction, principles, professionalism and responsibility, results come along.
New options There have been new options for our business portfolio at the last years. For example, having a new strategic partner: Corporación de Maquinaria, with the Erro family, so as to sell agricultural machinery. This business was unknown to us, but it meant a platform for the Erro´s to introduce their business in Paraguay by having a partner that they saw was reliable, formal and professional.
