how companies can use happiness as a business model to increase productivity and profitability. SILKE FACILIDES Senior Strategist, Grabarz and Partner

He started his professional career by selling vast quantities of basic chemicals throughout Europe, but found himself unhappy not working with people. So he started a degree in Business Psychology in Lueneburg in a growing part of science: the understanding of people´s consumption behaviour on a psychological level. With a short detour into Consumer Marketing at tesa / Beiersdorf, he dived deep

into the strategic planning world and learned a lot on his stations at Jung von Matt, DraftFCB / FCB Hamburg and DDB Tribal / DDB Hamburg. There, he worked for brands like Nivea, Eucerin, Siemens, Telekom, Volkswagen, Melitta, Thalia and more. And when he´s not in the agency, he is part time lecturer for Business Psychology at Hochschule Fresenius - or playing football.

Constanze is Managing Director and founder of i-potentials. She started her career in 2006 as Executive Assistant to the CEO of Spreadshirt – a German E-commerce role model - and built up the HR department there from scratch. Based on her experience that fast growing digital businesses suffer from a lack of appropriate headhunting and leadership services she took the decision to

close that gap and founded i-potentials in 2009. Having spent the last 10 years in the German Digital Network she has accompanied the growth of the most wellknown startups and digital players in Germany and thus became an acknowledged expert for recruiting & leadership topics in the Digital Age, sharing her expertise as an author, business angel, speaker and advisor for German politics.

Silke Facilides is a Senior Strategist at Grabarz and Partner in Hamburg. With an academic background in language, culture and business, she learned the craft of brand identity at Interbrand Zintzmeyer&Lux, Hamburg, on various international clients. In 2009 she switched from brand identity to strategy in a creative ad agency to go deeper into the brand–people communication and relationship. Silke is fascinated by the evolution in communication and the effects

on branding and organisations. Driven by the will to keep the brand–people relationship vibrant and involving, she has applied her thinking to projects for brands like Burger King and Edeka. Despite the strategic focus in her work, Silke has a strong personal passion for absurd theatre and contemporary dance. This explains why, with the rise of analytics, targeting and relevance, she believes brands and organisations today need a sense of absurdity.

MONKEY TEAM

Innovation means change and so this needed to be reflected in the company's brand. So we chose the Chinese Zodiac, 12 animals with different personalities and a new story every year. 2015 was the Year of the Goat where we asked attendees to overcome their internal resistances. 2016 marks the Year of the Monkey, an animal which is curious and playful. Still we needed an Uber-brand, which would reflect the 12 animals while at the same time echo everything that was present in the company: our friendship values, emotional experiences, inspiring speakers and a passionate community.
