ITP Northwest

The ITP Northwest area includes neighborhoods like Atlantic Station, Home Park, West Midtown, Underwood Hills, Bankhead, Grove Park, West Highlands, Riverside, Bolton, Vine City, English Avenue, Atlanta University Center, Vinings, and Cumberland. ITP Northwest has had a lot of new development in the past few years and there is more on the way. Plans include Georgia Tech’s 18-acre innovation district (Science Square), a 19-acre mixed use campus at Echo Street West, adaptive reuse at Westside Paper, several townhome and apartment projects, and the Northwest BeltLine trail.
