Evanston Magazine Give us a few brief plans that you have for your ward out in Evanston? Alderman Elect- Bobby Burns Absolutely, we want to run a professional and responsive constituent Service Office. What that looks like is simply getting back to people in a timely fashion, recording all of their constituent service requests, recording all of their concerns and issues. Then, we need to follow with them, making sure that we’re working with them to track any requests they submit to the city.
