4 We negotiate our fees in accordance with the Advocates Remuneration Order. We are amenable to different modes of payment depending on the client’s preference and circumstances and also taking into account the nature of the transactions involved.

Our billing module ensures that our Clients’ are satisfied with both the quality of service we offer and the value of the money they pay in legal fees. Being cognizant of the high costs of legal services, we strive to agree with our clients on optimum and competitive fees structures on all retainers. We strongly believe that time is an important resource and we endeavour to discharge our responsibilities efficiently with utmost speed in order to add value to our clients’ businesses. The firm is fully computerized and networked.

As a matter of policy, we respond to all correspondence within twenty four (24) hours of receipt thereof, perfection of securities is done once all the completion documents are availed; we endeavour to conclude all manner of litigation within two (2) years.
