The company specializes in the provision of real estate services which include Valuation, Feasibility Studies, Project Management, Facility Management and Estate Agency services, among others. Valuation This entails determining the economic value of real estate for different purposes e.G sale, purchase, mortgage, insurance, compulsory acquisition, owner occupier, house allowance etc.

Our professional property management services are focused on commercial, retail, industrial and high end residential properties owned by institutional investors that include pension funds, banks, insurance companies and individual property owners. THE TEAM LEADERS Antony is a Land Economist and a Registered Valuer in Kenya. He has a wide range of experience in all aspects of property valuation and property transactions including rentals, sales, mortgages, insurance, rental assessments, compulsory acquisitions, investment appraisals, highest and best use analysis and feasibility studies. He has been consulted widely particularly in the area of shopping mall developments within the Nairobi metropolitan area. As a Land Economist, Antony has offered consultancy services for one of the largest building materials companies in the world. He has gained a wide range of experience in the rehabilitation of waste land, eco system management, land use planning, preparation and implementation of CAPEX and OPEX budgets, energy conservation and land management. Antony’s academic history has been brilliant where he consistently scooped best student awards. He has a Diploma in Business Management from the Association of Business Executives (ABE) U.K. He graduated with a First Class Honors degree in B.A (Land Economics) from the University of Nairobi and achieved the coveted Duracoat award of academic excellence. He also holds a master’s degree in Valuation and Property Management from the same university. He is a Registered Valuer and a Full Member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya.

Antony is passionate about investments, sustainable development, entrepreneurship, real estate and mentorship. He is a member of Junior Achievement Kenya and the Kenya Scouts Association. He is a born again Christian.

Shadrack is a Land Economist and a Registered Valuer practicing in Kenya. He has gained experience over the years in the real estate industry where he has undertaken real estate assignments in the areas of property management, valuation and feasibility studies for real estate investors. He has worked as a Property Portfolio Manager for one of the biggest real estate services companies in the country, overseeing a portfolio comprising of commercial and residential properties owned by institutional investors including pension funds, banks and insurance companies. He has been instrumental in value creation and addition across the portfolio especially for poor and non-performing investments. Shadrack holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Land Economics (Honors) from the University of Nairobi and a Master of Science degree in Finance and Investments from the same university. He is also a Full Member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya and a Registered Valuer with the Valuers Registration Board. Shadrack is passionate about finance and investments, private equity, real estate and entrepreneurship. He is also an avid sportsman.
