There are many places in London such as: The Natural History Museum, WWT Wetland Centre, London Zoo, Royal Observatory Greenwich and The Science Museum where you can take part in workshops arranged by the museum.

Science trips to Paris offer an interesting mix of the key STEM subjects as well as Earth Science, Innovation and Environmental Issues.

POPULAR ITINERARY

POPULAR ITINERARY Day 1: Take the train to London and drop off your bags at the accommodation. Go for a stroll on the Southbank to soak up the famous views and take a ride on the Coca-Cola London Eye to get a birds-eye view of the city skyline. Day 2: Take a walk around Greenwich, visit the Cutty Sark and the Royal Observatory Greenwich exhibition including the Greenwich Meridian line and the giant refracting telescope and in the afternoon visit the Thames Barrier, an impressive work of engineering and the world’s largest movable flood barrier. Day 3: Visit the Centre of Cell which is an exciting interactive science education to learn about the amazing world of cells and the human body. In the afternoon visit the fun and interactive Nissan Innovation Station and then take an exciting cable car journey on the Emirates Air Line across the Thames. Day 4: In the morning visit the Science Museum which holds the world’s most comprehensive collection of science, technology, industry and medicine before heading off home.

Day 1: Arrive in the cosmopolitan city of Paris, start your trip with a cruise along the River Seine to get your bearings before enjoying a meal in a local bistro. Day 2: Spend the day exploring the ultra-modern Cite des Sciences museum, whose interactive exhibits demonstrate the countless secrets of science. Enjoy a show in the planetarium or the immersive IMAX theatre. Unwind from your day of discovery by climbing the Montparnasse tower which offers great views of the Eiffel Tower. Day 3: Visit the home of the scientist Louis Pasteur to learn about his life and work and view the original instruments used when making his discoveries. Jump straight back into the future as you enjoy a unique view of Paris by taking a Flyview virtual reality flight. Day 4: Don’t miss the chance to see the Mona Lisa at the Louvre museum before returning home. tired and inspired!

Day 1: Touch down in the land of fire and ice. En route to your accommodation stop off for a dip in the geothermal spring waters of the Blue Lagoon.

Day 1: Touch down in Geneva and check into your accommodation before taking a sightseeing cruise on Lake Geneva for fantastic views of the city.

Day 2: Spend a full day exploring on the South Shore Excursion which includes some of the country’s most beautiful waterfalls. Take the opportunity to strap on some crampons and head out onto the ice fields for a Glacier Walk your group will never forget.

Day 2: Spend your first full day in Geneva visiting CERN where you can choose from a tour on one of the following topics: Accelerating Particles, Discovering Antimatter and Information Technology, Calculations and Communication. Afterwards visit the Microcosm exhibition or the exhibition in the Globe of Science and Innovation. Spend your evening enjoying a traditional fondue meal.

Day 3: Touring this awe inspiring country on the Golden Circle Excursion, which includes the awesome Gullfoss Waterfall as well as the Strokkur Geyser which shoots water twenty feet up into the air every few minutes. If you are lucky you may even see the phenomenon that is the Northern Lights.

Day 3: Pay a visit to the History of Science Museum, the only one of its kind in Switzerland which includes books and documents bequeathed by the families of Geneva’s scientists and scholars. In the afternoon take a tour of the European home of the United Nations to discover the work of this important global institution.

Day 4: Spend a little time in the capital Reykjavik before you leave this amazing landscape with unforgettable memories and experiences.

Day 4: Spend your final morning at the Geneva Observatory followed by a tour of the facility, mechanical workshop and computer centre. Transfer to the airport for your return flight home.
