Stjepan Ožbolt was highly decorated participant of the Croatian and Jugoslavian Anti Fascist Resistance Movement. Lieutenant Ožbolt was Lecturer at the Officers' School of the Croatian Partisan Army's Headquarters. His whole family joined resistance forces. His wife (also highly decorated) Marija Ožbolt b. Wolf was the first president of the Women's Antifascist Front of Croatia for the Bihać county (today in Bosnia and Herzegowina). His son in law was Polish painter Alfred Krupa MFA (1915-1989), grandson Mayor Mladen Krupa MSc (author of the portable bunker Kruppa-M91 and great-grandson painter Alfred Freddy Krupa MFA.
