FINLAND, AURORA BOREAL AND SANTA CLAUS

We present to you the best selection of activities linked to the Northern Lights where you can see the phenomenon at its best: FINLAND, a parliamentary and democratic republic, a member of the United Nations since 1955, as well as the European Union since 1995. The Finnish economy is one of the most prosperous in Europe, based on important service sectors, as well as manufacturing sectors and has a highly democratic policy with extremely low levels of corruption.

Finland is becoming an important tourist destination in northern Europe. One of Finland's most demanded destinations is Lapland, with ice and snow in winter. It is well known Rovaniemi, the largest city in the area, rebuilt under the direction of Alvar Aalto after World War II, very close to the Arctic Circle. Nearby is the well-known Santa Claus´ House, the city's biggest attraction. And these are our goals on the journey we propose. Once in Lapland, we'll start our activities including a Huskies´ sled safari and touring part of the Arctic forests. Another safari with reindeer-drawn sleigh, a visit to Ranua's Arctic Zoo, and an afternoon on Europe´s longest Toboggan complete our adventure. In addition, you will have a free day to do the activities you prefer, snowshoeing, snowmobile, ice fishing, visit to the Arktikum museum, shopping in Rovaniemi, Finnish Sauna and much more.

Of course, every day we will have the opportunity to see the Northern Lights, the goal of our visit. Our guides will take us to places where we can see the aurora in all its splendor and explain this phenomenon very much on detail.

At the end of the trip of our dreams we will visit Helsinki, the capital of the country, where many cruises on the Baltic Sea arrive. This city includes Senate Square and the Suomenlinna Fortress.

Arrival at Ivalo Airport, transfer to Star Arctic Hotel in Saariselka At night, around 08:00 p.m, a Northern Lights hunting will begin for 3 hs.

IVALO - SAARISELSKA Finn horses

Saariselká is finland's northernmost ski resort, as well as the centre of many lapland winter activities After lunch, we will take you out to explore the beautiful Arctic nature peacefully in a saddle. Finn horses are the national race of Finland. This quiet ride will take you so close to the harmony of nature that you can imagine (B) (L)

DAY 3 (Monday, Oct 9) Tobogan at Saariselska Sky and Resort Park

In the afternoon, optional tour to the Finland's longest Toboggan with 1800m and the one located furthermost north in the hemisphere.

DAY 4 (Tuesday, October 10) SAARISELSKA – ROVANIEMI

Husky Safari and Reindeer Safari with Farm Visit

In the morning, an arctic adventure awaits you with the Huskies! The sled is for two people unless you want to have a sled just for you (for an additional cost). One person is sitting on the sled, the other is standing and driving in the back, you can change drivers halfway. Continuation to Rovaniemi and check-in at the hotel located inside the Village of Santa Claus, located in the Arctic Circle. There we will meet Santa Claus, visit his post office where we can send some postcards with Santa's stamp. In the afternoon, you will start your tour on the reindeer farm! This is the best way to experience the authentic working environment of reindeer breeders. Return to the hotel to relax and enjoy the beautiful Santa Claus Village Park. (B)

DAY 5 (Wednesday, October 11 Ranua Zoo

If meeting a bear roaming freely in the wild doesn't sound tempting. Ranua Wildlife Park is the right place to see them as well as other Arctic animals. All animals live in an environment as natural and Arctic as possible, ensuring that animals feel at home. (B)

DAY 6 (Thursday, October 12) ROVANIEMI Free day

Day at leisure. Schedule a new boreal light hunting, go shopping in Rovaniemi or enjoy some other adventure at the North Pole. Some of our suggestions are a ride with the snowmobile that will take you through extraordinary landscapes of the Arctic Forest. (B) (D)

DAY 7 (Friday, October 13) ROVANIEMI - HELSINKI

Transfer to Rovaniemi airport for your flight to Helsinki. Upon arrival, transfer to Scandic Simonketta 4**** hotel. In the afternoon, we will take you to discover Helsinki, known as "the pearl of the Baltics". (B)

DAY 8 (Saturday, October 14) HELSINKI AIRPORT - RETURN

The day is at your disposal for private activities. Go back in the city and stroll once more its streets and make the last shopping. On time transfer to the airport for your flight back home. End of our services.

Sea And Sun In Brazil

Brazil is the largest country in South America with thousands of kilometers in beaches and long sunny days. The coastline of Brazil measures 7.491 km, which makes it the 16th longest national coastline of the world. All the coast lies adjacent to the Atlantic Ocean. That makes the perfect spot for a beautiful vacation with the best resorts and activities. Our Sea and Sun in Brazil package offers you an interesting plan to enjoy the beaches in Salvador de Bahia, Río de Janeiro and Fortaleza. The highlight of the trip will be however a few days in Buzios. Originally settled by European pirates and slave traders, this happy mixture of many bloods prospered and Buzios became a picturesque fishing village, elected one of the 10 most beautiful areas in the world, because of its rustic architecture, charm and incredible beauty with elegant restaurants and boutiques. Buzios became popular in the 1960's when it was visited by French actress Brigitte Bardot whose bronze statue can be found along the oceanfront. Bahia is a State full of fishing villages and great beaches, one of the reasons why there are so many tourists coming to this region. It has also so much history related to old 16th Century forts, fish markets with fresh fish catch of the day. After the visits, you can relax at the hotel, swimming or perhaps playing beach volley. And for dinner, seafood is the first choice. The most famous beaches are in Rio. Copacabana and Ipanema are the world best known areas with beautiful beach promenades and white sand. One of the pleasures on travelling is to get mixed with local people, and in case of Rio, with wonderful people, “gente maravilhosa” would say the cariocas (locals from Rio). Day 1 Salvador De Bahia

Arrival in Salvador de Bahía, one of the 10 largest cities in Brazil. After registration, free time to recover from your flight. In the afternoon, historical tour of Salvador.

DAY 2 SALVADOR - MORRO DE SAO PAULO

Transfer to the port for a two-and-half-hour boat ride to Morro de Sao Paulo, a place located on the island of Ilha de Tinharé Throughout the island is prohibited - similarly to Helgoland in Germany and many other islands- any type of motor vehicle traffic. (B)

Day 3 Morro De Sao Paulo

Breakfast at hotel. The whole day is at leisure. You can enjoy the beautiful beaches of the island. Overnight. (B)

DAY 4 MORRO DE SAO PAULO - SALVADOR - FORTALEZA

Boat transfer to the mainland in Salvador and then bus transfer to the airport for your flight to Fortaleza, The region is also known as "Terra do Sol" (Land of the Sun). Overnight. (B)

DAY 5 FORTALEZA - JERICOACOARA

Jericoacoara is the center of a vast dune area in northeastern Brazil. The dunes extend up to 20 km inland. A special attraction are sweet water lakes lying between the dunes. Among windsurfers and kiters, Jericoacoara is one of the best destinations in the world. (B)

Day 6 Jericoacoara

The whole day is at leisure. You can enjoy the beautiful beaches of the area or practice your favourite sports (windsurfing, kite surfing, kayaks, buggy ride, sand boarding, horse riding, etc (B)

DAY 7 JERICOACOARA – FORTALEZA - RIO DE JANEIRO

Early transfer to the airport for your flight to Rio. Arrival in Rio de Janeiro airport. Reception and transfer to your hotel. (B)

Day 8 Rio De Janeiro

Full day excursion in Rio visiting the statue of Christ, atop Corcovado Hill which was recently chosen as one of the seven modern wonders of the world. After a scenic drive along the Rodrigo de Freitas Lagoon, we will arrive at the foot of the hill where we climb the beautiful mountain on a small train. Little break for lunch at a barbecue restaurant. Afternoon trip to Sugar Loaf, located on a small peninsula at the entrance of Guanabara Bay. (B) (L)

DAY 9 RIO DE JANEIRO - BÚZIOS

Drive to Buzios known, since the "discovery" by Brigitte Bardot and Jacques Cousteau in 1964, formerly a sleepy fishing village, as "The pearl of the Costa do Sol" (Sun Coast), 170 km east of Rio de Janeiro. The center is located on a 16-acre, hilly peninsula. Around the peninsula are 25 beach coves, which are among the most beautiful in Brazil. Overnight stay in a pousada (B)

DAY 10 - DAY 11 BÚZIOS

Breakfast at hotel. The whole day is at leisure. You can enjoy the beautiful beaches of the area. Overnight at Pousada (B)

DAY 12 BÚZIOS - RIO DE JANEIRO
