Eurocentres has made a leading contribution to the development of the CEFR, through its ongoing consultancy to the Council of Europe.

Latest Research and Development Eurocentres has been working with the Council of Europe in 2014-2017, to develop new CEFR scales of competence describing essential “soft” communication skills for the 21st Century, with publication pending for 2018. For the first time, it will be possible to scale, measure and certify soft communication and mediation skills, with language ability, on an international level.
