Readers respond to last week’s cover story about abortion rights in Michigan, following the news of a leaked draft that indicated that the U.S. Supreme Court will soon overturn the landmark Roe v. Wade.

I’m very strongly in favor of women choosing, however this “wake up call” is far too little, FAR too late. The SCOTUS is stacked with hard right ideologues and Michigan helped let that happen in ’16. —Andrew Alexander, Facebook

Mitch McConnell said recently a national ban on abortions is possible. And within that language is a pre-screening for women to determine pregnancy if trying to leave the country.
