Concept Statement The building develops a personality: responsive to the behavior of its inhabitants, its operating systems, and the world outside. A fully programmable, high-efficiency lighting system integrates with compelling sculptural installations, built primarily with repurposed materials sourced on-site. The vertical stack of elevator lobbies becomes a spinal column of elegant and luminous information, providing a continually evolving and customizable aesthetic experience. Light level and color temperature controls offer an expansive range of possibilities that correspond to cues from within the building, and from roof-mounted sensors directly above.
