Make the caramel: 1. In a medium bowl combine all the ingredients, and whisk until smooth. 2. Put aside in a warm place so the sauce doesn’t harden before you use it. Make the banana filling: 1. Place all the ingredients except the bananas in a blender and process until smooth. 2. Transfer the filling to a bowl. 3. Mix the banana slices into the filling, and stir to combine. 4. Take 4 large glasses, and first place a layer of crumble in the bottom of each. Next add about 2 tablespoons of caramel sauce. 5. Add a thick layer of filling, and then repeat all three layers. 6. Top the second banana filling layer with crumble and a drizzle of caramel.
