LAUNCHES ON MARBELLA’S GOLDEN MILE

Gastronomy, music, décor, art, and culture were all present at the recent launch of Golden Mile establishment, Nota Blu New Brasserie. The event was attended by 400 guests (including influencers Estela Grande, Ana Antic, and Carla Hinojosa). Invitees tucked into a delicious dinner by Chef Fabián Cangas, then headed to the Blu Bar – a private club where they enjoyed hours of great music. FINCA LA TORRE

PRESENTS NEW HARVEST

The harvest of one of Spain’s best extra-virgin olive oils, Finca La Torre, has arrived. Victor Pérez, Director of the Finca, is pleased to announce that despite the drought, the quality of the Finca’s olive oil has been maintained thanks to ecological, biodynamic principles and the existence of centenarian olive trees. Pérez states that around 70 tonnes of oil will be produced from four olive varieties: hojiblanca, arbequina, cornicabra, and picudo. i www.fincalatorre.com

BOHO CLUB PRESENTS NEW SEASONAL OFFERINGS

Boho Club has expanded Chef Diego del Río’s gastronomic proposal with a myriad of menus for the new season. Hot creams, game, and seasonal produce such as mushrooms, superior cuts of meat, and market-fresh fish will be playing a starring role in numerous dishes. There will be a dedicated lunch menu from Monday to Friday, plus gastro nights featuring a tasting menu with a wine pairing. The Chef will be on-hand to explain the dishes and chat with diners. Head to Boho Club for Thursday after-work cocktails, appetisers, and DJ-spun music, plus weekend brunches (from 12pm to 4pm).
