OKONOMIYAKI AT CASINO MARBELLA:

WHERE JAPAN AND THE MEDITERRANEAN MEET

Casino Marbella Gastrobar is now serving Okonomiyaki: a Japanese dish consisting of mochi dough with various ingredients cooked on a griddle. Chef, Agustín Román, gives a twist to this traditional recipe by adding classic Spanish components like payoyo cheese and oxtail. At Casino Marbella, you can feast on Mediterranean tapas and classic Spanish cuisine with a fusion of Hawaiian, Asian and Moroccan flavours. The restaurant offers a group, tasting, or à la carte menu. Your dining experience can also be completed with table games: poker and blackjack experiences. i www.casinomarbella.com
