The ESN star be used flat as it was designed originally. No effects on the ESN star are allowed.

The ESN star must use the ESNcolours as described in this manual. Strokes cannot be used. Adding a border, or changing the colours of the ESN star is a not allowed. The only alternate uses of the ESN star that are allowed are explained in a separate chapter.
