Chief Risk thanked the borough for getting the truck from the county, Jim Sobieski of Beachwood Auto Body for providing time and material to paint it, Frank Melillo of Blue Line Emergency Lighting in Toms River for the lighting and radio work, and Ian MacKenzie Smith of Stuck Up Stickers in South Toms River for decaling and detailing work at “a very reduced price where basically we just paid for the materials and he donated his time for it.” “This wouldn’t have been feasible without their help,” he added.

Ian MacKenzie Smith of Stuck-Up Stickers, South Toms River, used his expertise to masterfully design, fabricate and apply the proper decals to the vehicle.
