THE PATH FORWARD CZ #BSCBSB $ $IBêFF 1SFTJEFOU $&0 We have many challenges and hence opportunities before us in 2016 as a community and as an organization. We look forward to working on those opportunities as an organization and in collaboration with others. The Erie Regional Chamber and Growth Partnership team with our ERCGP committees completed our 5 year strategic plan; the plan was approved by the ERCGP Board of Directors in late spring of this year. Our strategic plan will always be evolving throughout the next five years but we thought we would highlight our mission statements and some of our objectives. Our ERCGP mission statement is: Our mission is to collaborate and mobilize leadership, expertise, and resources to sustain business, create jobs, grow investment, enrich lives, and improve the prosperity of the region. Our three divisions each have a mission statement supporting the mission statement of the organization.
