Eric Fedewa

Eric Fedewa has been an award-winning real estate developer for over 20 years. He has acted as the builder/developer of a multitude of projects including single-family, multi-family, master-planned communities, and commercial in 5 states. He has raised around $100MM in debt and equity and produced over 1500 housing units. Mr. Fedewa is no stranger to complex real estate transactions, executing deals as a buyer, a borrower and a lender. Eric has done transactions with a variety of financing sources from small high-net worth investors, to bank financing to a Kuwaiti pension fund. In the past few years, Mr. Fedewa has served as a Director at Crimson Capital Advisors, and R&F Commercial Debt and Equity, related companies, completing transactions involving distressed assets, and turn-around situations. Now as a Managing Partner at Lendcore, Eric is using his skills in small business, finance and real estate to grow the company into the best in the business. Mr. Fedewa graduated from The College of William and Mary and Harvard Business School.
