Eric Blair-Joannou

A business and real estate professional with a background in urban planning, Eric Blair-Joannou leverages his extensive education and industry experience in focusing on a number of procurement and services projects throughout the United States. A runner-up in the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development's Innovation in Affordable Housing Student Design and Planning Competition, Eric Blair-Joannou previously completed internships with the New York State Department of Transportation and New York City Department of City Planning. The recipient of a bachelor's degree, cum laude, in History and French Literature from Cornell University, Eric Blair-Joannou later completed the MBA program at Columbia University's Graduate School of Business in 2014 and, the following year, earned a master's in Urban Planning from Columbia's Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation.
