Why it is so challenging to predict the future? This does not allow us, in any way, to try to predict what will happen in the future. This is not the intention of this document. Our constant research on the best ways to transform our clients’ organizations and our daily work supporting the changes encourages us to disseminate the information we consider crucial to envision the future of work patterns, and we hope this reading with Ergonoma Journal will seem as rewarding and useful as what we wanted by defining the outlines.
METHODOLOGY How did we accomplish it? After gathering concepts and trends that repeatedly appeared in our research work as well as in the worries of organizations, we profit from our collective intelligence by asking our professionals at BICG to select which one they considered most relevant for the years to come.
