LEGAL NOTICE AVAILABILITY OF PROJECT BASED SUBSIDY ASSISTANCE FUNDS The Kansas City Kansas Housing Authority (KCKHA) announces an opportunity for existing multi family developments interested in Project Based Subsidy (PBS). The KCKHA has available up to 200 units of PBS for existing units in multifamily developments. The KCKHA is interested in existing developments located within the City of Kansas City, Kansas nonpoor and non-minority areas and currently not receiving PBS. If interested, one-page applications are available now, and will be accepted at the KCKHA offices beginning on December 20, 2010 to January 31, 2011, or until available vouchers are exhausted. Funding will be made available per the criteria established in the Project Based Subsidy Program. Selection of multi-family developments will be subject to Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Standards, and be consistent with its goal of deconcentrating poverty and expanding housing and economic opportunities and the criteria established in the Project Based Subsidy Program.
