Mexico City 1968 At the 1968 Olympic Games in Mexico City, Mexico, the U.S. Eventing Team of Kevin Freeman and Chalan, Michael Page and Foster, Michael Plumb and Plain Sailing, and Jimmy Wofford and Kilkenny earned the Silver medal. Page and Foster also took home the Individual Eventing Bronze medal, while William Steinkraus and Snowbound won the Individual Jumping Gold medal.

Montreal 1976 At the 1976 Olympic Games in Montreal, Canada, the U.S. Dressage Team of Hilda Gurney and Keen, Edith Master and Dahlwitz, and Dorothy Morkis and Monaco took home the Bronze medal. The U.S. Eventing Team of Edmund “Tad” Coffin and Bally Cor, Bruce Davidson Sr. and Irish Cap, Michael Plumb and Better & Better, and Mary Anne Tauskey and Marcus Aurelius won the Gold medal. Additionally, Coffin and Plumb took home the Individual Eventing Gold and Silver medals, respectively.
