FROM THE PRESIDENT Dear Pony Finals Competitors and Guests: On behalf of the US Equestrian Federation, I am pleased to welcome all of you, whether a new or returning competitor, to the 52nd annual USEF Pony Finals presented by Collecting Gaits Farm at the Kentucky Horse Park in beautiful Lexington, Kentucky. In this week, the USEF Pony Finals encompasses three championship competitions including the 2019 USEF Hunter Pony National Championships, the Marshall & Sterling/USEF Pony Medal Finals, and the USEF National Pony Jumper Championships. The Pony Finals has a long history dating back to 1959, and has grown each year into the incredible event we enjoy today. The USEF Pony Finals presented by Collecting Gaits Farm hosts a truly special gathering of ponies and their young riders, trainers, and support groups. While qualifying alone is a great accomplishment, competing in the Finals is an especially rewarding experience for these young pony riders and their families. The social events and camaraderie amongst the competitors fosters many lasting friendships and a love of equestrian sport. It would not be possible to host these championships without our sponsors and contributors to whom we are extremely grateful for their continued support. Only through their generosity and valuable contributions are we able to present this wonderful event. We especially thank all of the volunteers, staff and officials who work tirelessly to ensure that this competition is fair, safe, and memorable for everyone involved. Good luck to all the competitors, and have an enjoyable week of competition!
