Hunter Chancellor has spent much of her life in the saddle and has already garnered an impressive amount of success at a young age. Chancellor began riding at the age of two and quickly found success in the show ring. Chancellor was the 2008 & 2011 Junior Exhibitor Five-Gaited World’s Champion of Champions, 2008, 2009, & 2011 Junior Exhibitor Five-Gaited National Champion, 2009 Junior Exhibitor Five-Gaited World’s Champion, 2010 World’s Champion 17 & Under Saddle Seat Equitation, 2010 and 2011 USEF Saddle Seat Medal Final Reserve Champion, 2011 UPHA Senior Challenge Cup National Champion, 2012 National Horse Show Saddle Seat “Good Hands” Finals Champion, and 2012

USEF Saddle Seat Medal Final Champion, just to name a few. Her current show horses include Platinum’s New Look in the Five-Gaited division, I’m McDreamy in the Three-Gaited division, and Imagine My Surprise and Chanti’s Prayer in Saddle Seat Equitation. Chancellor’s favorite horses include the four she is currently showing whose barn names are Tonto, Dreamy, Leo, and Button.

She says Tonto is the most fun to ride but she loves all her horses. Chancellor is a junior at Mater Del High School where she is ranked third in her class, has a 3.99 GPA, and is on the high Honor Roll. When she is not competing, Chancellor enjoys reading, spending time with friends, hunting, traveling, and working with Horses Against Hunger.
