Concept 5 (formerly Geoffrey Drayton) have been chosen to receive the Civic Award for a sensitively restored building and will also be presented with their certificate in person. They were commended for:

“Concept 5 104 High Street; the redevelopment of the shop, once Geoffrey Drayton, has restored the iconic pop-out, castle-like 1960s format, with minor modifications intended to make it more weatherproof.”

Epping Town Council present these three awards, and many others, on an annual basis.
