Hotel accommodation is not included. Booking conditions A confirmation email will be sent to you on receipt of your booking. Payment must be received one week before the conference. Registrations made less than two weeks before the conference must provide credit card details to secure the booking. Travel insurance You are advised to take out appropriate travel insurance, as we will not accept any liability for travelling, accommodation or other expenses incurred as a consequence of a possible conference cancellation or postponement. In any event, Crain Communications Ltd will not accept liability for any loss, including incidental or consequential damages, etc other than a refund of the delegate ticket if purchased. Conference language English. Please note that no translation service will be provided. Cancellations / substitutions Cancellations made before 10th September 2012: 10% of invoice total. Cancellations made between 11th September and 11th October 2012: 50% of invoice total. Cancellations made after 12th October 2012: 100% of invoice total. Substitutions can be made at any time.
