Feature: The inner and outer surface of good quality HDPE pipes is smooth without any faults like dents, bubbles impurities etc. But in low-quality pipes, the surface is not plane and bright. Refining Strips: In high-quality pipes, the refining strips are shiny, straight, and no break with frequent folding. But in low-quality pipes, the refining strips look dimmer, easily damaged by frequent folding. Connecting Joint: In high-quality pipes, welding joints have a plane and balanced turn-ups around the pipe circles and the turn-ups will be a bit lengthier after the pressure from fusion bonding. In low-quality pipes, there are lots of upset holes at the welding surface and the turn-ups will be smaller after the pressure from fusion bonding. Break Extending: Good quality pipes have superior break prolongation and the enhanced elasticity, and good performances.
