Thank you for bringing the yarn in. I use it to make the tails for the ponies. Rosa makes the tails and I put them on the horses. I finished a rug with the yarn and stuff. It took a while, but I got it done. I used all different colors! I appreciate the yarn to make the rugs with. I'm starting a new rug. It's a challenge, but I'ma get finished with it. When I'm done we take pictures of it. We put them in the Shag Show and I sell them and we get a profit off of them.

DREAMHOME CILA GROUNDBREAKING

By Kasandra M. I like it. It's a nice thing we did. I made the cookies. I put the frosting on there, passed it out to everybody who want one.

A big open outside when we first got there. We saw the dirt. There's posters of houses, like kitchen, how they gonna decorate the house, what it's gonna be like, how they gonna finish it. People come by and sign their name tag.

Introduce myself to them, say, "Hi, how you doing?" I like to get to know the people, like go around, introduce myself to all of them, like talking to them about this, about that, what I do here.

CHRISTENING OF A NEW CILA

By Timothy Jackson This was for the groundbreaking of a christening of the new CILA they was building. I was taking pictures of one of the alderman on Channel 7 and some other people in Envision, Envision main office staff, and people under the tents like Jason. I met a TV camera man, Joe, on Channel 7. A lot of the media people know about me. I done a good job for a while. After all that, I went on the South Side of Chicago and took care of my job. Then I came home to Estes.

JAMIE'S BAKERY

By Jamie P. I am happy making cookies with Jason. All these people are so happy they like my cookies. I'm happy to be at the DreamHome Groundbreaking. Me, Jason, and Kasandra took pictures and do the cookies. They look like houses, the CILA, and the keys to open the house. I did the icing on the cookies. Jason wanted me to do the numbers "2651" on the keys. After that, he helped me do the house windows and doors with the black marker. Jason put it in the Tupperware. I used my hands to put the cookies in the napkins. Everyone said, "Jamie, they love your cookies!" I said to Jason, "Thank you for helping me make the cookies and sort them." Jason said, "Everyone loved your cookie, Jamie! Next time you'll do it again." I told him, I wish I get a job for that."

counselors are Gary and Charlene. I like to draw it makes me feel good, I’m pretty good at it too. I love to cook, skating, and playing basketball. I love shopping, going out to eat, and going to the movies. I don’t talk a lot; I like to listen. I like to laugh especially when we have group discussions. We go on outings to the park district and out to eat.

They look nice. People gonna like it. I got a printer in my room. Give it to people.

LOONEY TUNES

I love Looney Tunes because that's my favorite character. I was watching it, I was a kid around 7 years old. My favorite person is Marvin. He was quiet and angry. He was mad at everybody and people don't want to talk to him.

JAMIE AND CHARLES' ENTERTAINMENT REVIEW THE BODYGUARD Kevin Costner and Whitney Houston are the cast in The Bodyguard. Whitney Houston plays a singer, Rachel Marron. Whitney Houston was also in The Preacher's Wife. I love her music. Kevin Costner plays Frank Farmer, the bodyguard. Kevin Costner was also in Robin Hood. I like Whitney Houston's dresses. I like Whitney Houston's theme music. I like her mother. Her mother in the movie was Diana Ross.

Diana Ross was in the singing group The Supremes. In the movie, Rachel has a stalker. He was harassing and attacking her. She had a dog in the movie. Frank guards her from getting hurt. He is her hero. They fall in love in bed. He made a speech saying he's going to miss her at the end of the movie.

I give this movie 4 stars because I like the movie, I like her music, and I met Whitney Houston once.
