Epicor Insights 2018 is all about revisiting our commitment to the customers and our partners as we continue to deliver cloud-enabled, industry-specific functionality, globalization and localization, mobility, and action-oriented analytics, with continued improvements in customer experience, ease-of-use, and performance. We are in the process of onboarding a user adoption theory that will aid our professional services team to improve our post-deployment services. Epicor products have always been easy to learn and easy to use and we are heavily investing in this ‘knowledge on demand’ model. Geographically, we are seeing high growth in the MENA region and we are also steadily investing in India, Thailand etc. Discrete manufacturing, apart from other sectors, has always been our major focus area and we will continue the same.”
