Lavoro, Travail, Job The work is the basic condition for the exercise of fundamental rights of citizenship, in addition, it is the condition for the realization of the person also; which is in fact an element that we find in all project of social integration and development of personal and professional skills. The work represents a fundamental vector for the insertion and social participation, personal autonomy and exercise of citizenship. EVT aims to promote and support enterprise’s models - for training, workshops production, insertion - offering professionalism through an economic action that must incorporate other personal and professional paths. In a situation of continuous and progressive decrease in available economic resources for training devices, integration and support work for all classes of citizens in difficulty, the possibility of introducing mechanisms of contribution or co-participation to "social benefits" could be particularly interesting, and often not only useful but also really necessary.


EVT promotes, enhances and supports the innovation of the enterprise models. In particular, the innovation that EVT aims at supporting involves a peculiar “sector”, where the INNOVATIVE NON-PROFIT ENTERPRISE promotes VOCATIONAL TRAINING, development of COMPETENCES and support to the TRANSITION TO WORK. EVT is in connection with the system of the vocational training addressed to socal and working inclusion in a perspective of transition to work. Hence, in EVT there are 4 strategic aspects: vocational training, enterprise for vocation and training, enterprise for transition, social enterprise.


…in Europe: ENTREPRISE DE FORMATION PAR LE TRAVAIL - EFT • GOAL: To promote and to support the access to competences and to employment of youth in particular, and also for adults, through the production and marketing of goods and services paid adequately to realize its vocational and social goals; • The model is composed of accompanying measures (social simension) aiming at inserting the person in the job market through work (economic dimension), increasing its knowledge and its social and technical competencies (pedagogic dimension); • The enterprise is a non-profit subject and carries on his activities with the primary goal of promoting “competences”; • The person stays within the enterprise for a fixed-term period; • The person has a status of “apprentice”.


…in Europe: ENTREPRISE D’INSERTION • GOAL: a space of transition as a “stepping stone” for an effective placement in the job market: social enterprise aiming at the temporary work placement of persons in difficulty, through the development of paths integrating work and training during work; • The model is composed of accompanying measures (social dimension) aiming at the insertion of the person in the enterprise (economic dimension), developing the sphere of professional skills; • The Transition Enterprise, as an enterprise, has necessarily to keep attention to the indicators of economic management and the organisation of a working and production environment; • The person in insertion or in transition has the status of a fixed-term worker.
